Refund policy

I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.  If you need a refund, simply contact me within the 14 days to let me know the issue. In most cases I will pay the shipping to return the item(s) or we can arrange pick-up or drop off if you live nearby.

I have made every effort to photograph and describe each piece in detail to help you make the best choice possible. Pieces are made one-by-one with care and attention at detail. It is my desire to earn your trust and respect with consistency and excellent quality products. Many pieces can be customized at no extra charge: 

For those with allergies, surgical steel earring hooks are available upon request (in silver only). I also have clear plastic earring hooks for those allergic to all metal.

If purchasing a necklace, please take the time to see what length works best for you, taking into consideration your current jewelry preferences and what outfit(s) you may be wearing it with. I have added extendsion chains to most necklaces so that they are adjustable for 2-3 inches but you may need it shorter or longer.

For silk scarves, consider how you normally wear your scarves: Hanging down from the neck? Choose 15x60 inches. Wrapped around the neck? Choose the longer 14x72 inches.  Worn as a head scarf? Or as a smaller accent piece? 11x60 inches.

In all pieces, it is important to get a good fit. If it is comfortable, you will love your purchase and wear it more often.
