Explore a Wide Variety of Meditation Practices, Guided Mediations, Group Regressions

6pm-8pm

2-hour drop-in meditation. No experience required. Please bring a bottle of water, a journal, yoga mat and blanket for covering up (I have extras). Eye covers are also helpful.

Meditation has been used for thousands of years by cultures all around the world as a tool for self-inquiry, healing, finding calm and clarity, and spiritual growth. Recently, meditation has been gaining popularity as a valuable part of an integrative and holistic approach to healing, recovery and wellness. In the past few years, scientific and medical research has shown the following proven benefits of meditation in clinical and social settings:

Delena first started a meditation practice over 20 years ago and it has been an invaluable tool for healing childhood trauma and abuse, finding clarity on her life purpose, exploring past lives—and the purpose of each, and spiritual growth.

In 2023, Delena completed her training  in QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) and is now working on her internship. She also did additional training in Hypnosis and Past Life Regression. A certified Drum Circle Facilitator, Delena also leads community drum circles and often incorporates drumming into her own meditation practices.
